Import & Export Operations
Every trade operation begins before a purchase order is signed. Suppliers are tested against real commercial criteria — not just a catalogue — so the relationship, product and terms are already proven by the time the first shipment is booked.
Global Freight & Transportation
Cargo moves on whichever combination of road, sea and air gets it to its destination on schedule and within budget. We plan multi-modal routes across established transit lines between Turkey, Poland and the wider EU, coordinate container booking, loading and tracking end to end, and adjust routing when carriers, borders or seasons change. The result is a transport plan built around the shipment, not a single fixed corridor.
Customs Clearance & Compliance
Customs is where trade timelines are usually won or lost. We classify goods under the correct HS code before shipment, prepare and check certificates of origin and movement documents such as ATR and EUR.1, and structure import VAT in Poland under the Article 33a deferral mechanism so it is settled through the periodic return rather than paid at the border. Declarations are filed and monitored so clearance is a formality, not a bottleneck.
Warehousing & Distribution
Goods rarely move in a straight line from factory to customer, and stock needs a reliable place to sit in between. We hold inventory in strategically located facilities in Poland and Turkey, label and palletise according to destination-market requirements, and consolidate orders for onward distribution. From there, shipments continue to final-point delivery — to a retail location, a client’s warehouse or an individual end customer.
Dropshipping & E-Commerce
E-commerce runs on speed and consistency, not shipment size. We manage stock levels across our facilities so inventory data reflects what is actually on the shelf, pick and pack orders for both B2B pallets and individual B2C parcels, and run fulfilment on the same schedule your storefront promises customers. Brands can list and sell without holding stock themselves or running a separate fulfilment operation.
Financial & Document Consulting
The paperwork behind a shipment is as important as the shipment itself. We structure cross-border invoicing so it holds up under audit in both jurisdictions, review tariff classifications and trade agreements to identify legitimate duty optimisation, and advise on international payment structures — currency, timing and banking route — so cash flow matches the physical movement of goods rather than lagging behind it.
