End-to-End Import & Export Operations

• Importer/Exporter of Record (Full Contractor): We take over customs, documentation and logistics processes through our group companies and manage the operation end-to-end within our own structure.
• Comprehensive Sourcing Model: The client defines the product requirements; TREXIMPOL identifies the supplier, manages procurement, coordinates cross-border operations and delivers the goods ready for distribution or sale.
• External Trade Management: The client continues trading under its own company name, while TREXIMPOL provides operational support and infrastructure in logistics, customs clearance and process coordination.
• Regulatory Compliance & Process Control: Country-specific documentation, customs duties, import VAT and operational steps are centrally coordinated to support compliance and process visibility.
